Growth isn't always loud.
Sometimes it starts with breaking open.
For much of my life, I understood growth through effort.
I spent 20+ years in media, sales, and marketing — working with travel and hospitality brands I genuinely loved. For nearly nine years, I climbed into what felt like a dream job, serving hundreds of resorts across the country and making a real impact on their businesses and lives. From the outside, everything looked exactly right.
On the inside, I was exhausted.
I had built a life that looked successful but left me stretched, uncertain, and disconnected from myself. More pressure wasn't creating better decisions — it was just creating more noise. I spent years pushing, proving, and producing until the burnout finally broke me open.
That unraveling was painful. It was also the beginning of everything. Travel, coaching, inner work, and community became my medicine. I stopped operating from "should" and started listening to what I truly desired. I stopped trying to fit into a version of myself I had outgrown.
And from that space — honest, a little tender, and more alive than I'd felt in years — Boundless Collective was born. And reborn.
